General Manager: Managed a staff of approximately 30 employees for a large American cuisine restaurant. Duties
including managing the front of the house, marketing/advertising, hiring staff, daily reports, inventory, large banquets
(weddings/corporate buy outs) and many other customer service and management duties.
2006-2011: Pa’DeGennaro’s Italian Restaurant, Lauderdale by the Sea, FL
Assistant General Manager: Managed a staff of approximately 14 employees for a fine dining Italian cuisine restaurant.
Duties included managing front of the house staff, scheduling, interviewing for new hires, advertising and marketing,
handling banks and tip outs for all service positions, and many other customer service and management duties as needed.
2003-2005: Talk of the Town Catering, Fort Lauderdale, FL
Owner/Event Planner: Catered dinner parties and small functions for Broward and Dade county residents and businesses.
2002-2003: Five-O Restaurant, Ogunquit ME
General Manager: Managed a staff of approximately 25 employees for a fine dining American cuisine restaurant. Other
duties included assisting management with all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping, scheduling, and various other
management duties. Restaurant was voted #1 in South Maine during this time.
1997-2002: Max’s Beach Place Restaurant, Fort Lauderdale, FL
2000-2002: Assistant General Manager: Managed a staff of approximately 50 employees for a contemporary American
Bistro. Other duties included marketing the restaurant, running daily reports, scheduling, employee relations and various
everyday operations for the restaurant.
1997-2000: Server: Worked with a team of approximately 20 servers for three years before promoted to management.
