Summary

Im 24, about to graduate in May 2014. Im very passionate about technology and I hope to one day be part of

changing many peoples live thru my work and contribute to the success of any company that I work for.

Im fast learner, very motivated, always like a challenge and definitely learning something new. Im currently

working on my ICND 1 as soon as im done with college ill get my project manager certification and a few

months after Ill give my first try to ICND 1. I also enrolled in pen-tester academy when I started my network

security class where I had my first taste of Kali ( formerly Backtrack), mmap, metasploit, Wireshark among

others.

I have a very solid base in Help desk technician, trouble shooting and hardware repairs thanks to the work

experience I was able to get.

March 2014 - Present (2 months)

Responsible for maintenance of the network, systems and equipment.

As server administrator I implemented windows and Mac environments, and coordinated the deployment of

Quickbooks Enterprise, Point of Sales and maintenance of four stores in remote locations and the

headquarters. Developed documentation skills for task, licences, equipment and created an employee guide

for the usage of Point of sales to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize losses.

January 2012 - March 2014 (2 years 3 months)

Worked as onsite service technician, remote assistance, ticket system management. As a service coordinator

assistant, position which allowed me to help coordinate a group of technicians and prioritize according to

demand and importance, developed troubleshooting skills and gained a solid platform before my graduation.
