Scotts Company Plant Supervisor/Plant Manager (Interim)

Jackson, GA February 2011-Present

. Responsible for the daily operations of the plant, responsible for P/L

of the facility. Including labor, spending, inventory management,

efficiencies, and quality.

. Manage a staff of approximately 75 associates, including an office

manager, 2 assistant plant managers, 45 hourly associates and

approximately 25-30 temporary associates

. Accountable for managing all performance metrics, including individual

goals, and plant goals. Directly involved with improving plant

productivity through focus groups, Kaizen events, dissection meetings,

root cause analysis,6S and SMEDs

customer base
