Performed contract review, and technical data packages. Reviewed specification

requirements, contractor process to meet source inspections, processes, product audit, and

established a baseline for the processes to be performed by contractors. Verified

conformance of parts produced to meet contract requirements. Have over seen contractor

material review board to concur product is being managed to company procedures.

engineering, and quality assurance issues, i.e. evidence for performance of such things

p urchased materials, and vendor controls shipment, key process proofing, measurement,

data analysis, process reviews, product evaluation, authorize, and accept shipments, review

and plan letter of delegations, for contracts/purchase orders, and related documents for

adequacy, completeness to quality requirements i.e. blueprints, technical drawings.

ensuring that mechanical products being procured, in meeting contract specification and/or

Duties: Performed planning for various class ships, reviewed engineering drawings, and

shipboard systems, submit changes to support scheduled ship overhaul to add, delete repair

on shipboard systems to the chief engineer. P rovided engineering data analysis of

shipboard systems for recommended preventative maintenance inspections, and

maintenance tasks along with maintenance interval for the ship life cycle. Interfaces with

DOD/NAVSEA management to resolve technical/support problems, prepared status reports,

and metrics relating to performance, and mission readiness.

From 1987-1986 (Long Beach Naval Shipyard )

Duties: Inspected, and ensured the quality of high and low pressure shipboard piping

systems to meet contract requirements of (Water, fuel oil, steam) systems. Attend

p roduction meetings, communicated with senior management on variety of quality issues,

reviewed blueprints/drawing, and spec to verify compliance, provide wri t ten reports.

P ipe Fitter:

From 1986-1977 (Long Beach Naval Shipyard )

Duties: I nstall /repair high and low pressure shipboard piping systems (Water, oil, fuel

s team). Reviewed blueprints/drawing to verify compliance, of installation, and repairs to

various shipboard piping systems.

U S Navy: F rom 1974-1977

D uties: Supported ground t roops in combat action, maintained shipboard high and low

p ressure shipboard piping systems (Water, fuel, oil, steam) provided wri t ten reports and

matained logs.

I have background in mil standards policies, and procedures, aerospace hardware, and

manufacturing, testing of product and research and assisting contractor to meeting

government contracts requirements are my strength. Was a low level manager delegated
