In the Director of Sales role it has been my responsibility to expand our footprint in the Southern
California and Nevada Markets.
Accomplishments:
Hired and Trained a team of 15 Market Area Managers.
Established New relationships with the inactive dealer base with in the market.
Since taking over the Southern California and Nevada markets we have grown our total dealer
base by 36% and experienced 2013 contract growth at 42% month over month.
Used a consultative sales approach, we work with Franchise and Independent dealers to solve
their subprime deficiencies and increase unit sales and profitability.
Market Area Manager (West Central Phoenix)- Credit Acceptance Corporation (Southfield,
MI) 08/2011-2/2012.
As a Market Area Manager I was responsible for working with finance managers to grow sales
increase dealership backend profits and create ancillary product penetration.
Accomplishments:
Expanded Territory from 3 Active dealer partners to 21 in 6 months.
Grew average contract total from 14 contracts per month to 129.
Trained all dealership employees on CA processes as well as the CAPS Portal.
Number one in contract volume from Oct 2011 thru April 2012.

Duties included training students in all aspects of dealership F&I management.
Accomplishments:
Trained classes of 8 to 15 students on legal compliance, menu sales, product presentation.

Responsible for managing all facets of dealership operations.

Grew sales from 35 total unit average to 110.
Grew dealership staff from 11 employees to 27.

Six Sigma White Belt Training. State accredited Finance Professor, Completed all Joe Verde
Sales and Management Training courses, Ford Red Carpet Lease certified and factory trained.

least 30 vehicles (non-fleet). Achieved Ford Motors recognition 1994-1997. Won Midwest Ford
Walk Around competition for 2 consecutive years (1995, 1996).
