I ran a uniform route. I seviced my customers after they signed a sevice agreement with our sales department.
After the initial installation I was the point of contact for all ninety five of my customers. My responsibilities
included but were not limited to, besides exchanging clean and dirty products. Keeping an excellent relationship
with my customers. I achieved a ninety seven percent retention rate during my time. I was charged with adding
new products from our service line. This included products such as soap, rugs, bathroom products, mops
and rags. As a service sales representative I was to maintain a positive growth rate over my average weekly
volume, inventory control, adding employees, material cost, recover loss replacement and past due amounts,
selling non rental items, customer requests and cotract renewals. I managed my route as if I owned it. To that
end I was successful. Of the one hundred and two fiscal quarters I was eligible I made the "top ten"over eighty
times. This was out of forty three routes at our location. The award was from tracking growth in the above
mentioned areas, customer satisfaction and retention. Twice I was awarded s.s.r. of the year. Five other times
I finished in the top five.
