Currently in contractual employment via Apex Systems Incorporated with Ericsson’s W ireless Voice and
Coverage (CMPV) and Data link (WWAN) Customer Problem Management (CPM) teams. CPM teams
specialize in utilizing engineering diagnostic tools to triage Macro sites and embedded devices to determine
network faults and correlate to end user impairments in direct support of Sprint’s nationwide network. W ireless
networks specific to the CPM team include: Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Samsung, and Motorola CDMA as
well as in-building solutions. Once the initial triage of the ticket is conducted the CPM team is responsible for
monitoring the age of the tickets and providing proactive updates to ensure timely customer resolution. In
addition, CPM engineers respond to customer escalations and track executive escalation progress. CPM
teams are ultimately responsible for ensuring that trouble tickets are effectively triaged, diagnosed, and
resolved within operational (OLA) and service level (SLA) agreements.
