Responsibilities:
– Organized meetings to promote bilateral trade, culture, tourism, between Argentina, Puerto Rico, and
Florida. Event preparation included understanding of parties’ needs and capabilities to build agendas
accordingly. Coordinated assistance and administrative support to management including
Ambassadors, General Consuls and Ministers.
– Arranged exchange among universities in Florida, Puerto Rico, and Argentina to strengthen
collaboration in the educational field. Program pursued opportunities to create student abroad
programs. Responsibilities included creating agendas to promote cultural and scientific connections
by conferences and social gatherings.
– Coordinated commercial and promotional events (fairs, wine tastings, cultural festivals, etc.) and
institutional receptions, which included reviewing and negotiating contract-sending invitations.
– Worked directly with the Argentine Custom.
– Acting as a liaison between the public and the internal office in professional and diplomatic
manners.
Achievements:
– Developed strategic acquaintances with Deans and Provosts of parties involved to facilitate success
in educational exchanges. Played an important role in connecting and creating solid starting points
for future studies programs.
– Distinguished member of the team that planned and run the Free Trade Area of Americas (FTTA)
conference in 2003. Specifically, successfully organized the logistic and reception. Thirty four
countries participated in this event to negotiate trade barriers.

and exporters increased significantly.

including designing invitations and flyers, confirming attendance, etc.; all of which increased the
