I began my career at PCS as Office Coordinator and through excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the
ability to determine methodology for satisfaction over the phone, was promoted to Regional Acct. Mgr to do the same,
face to face. Travel was extensive. Many Fortune 500 Companies relied on me to make sure their prescription drug
plan ran smoothly and to suggest any changes, determining financial outcomes, and presentation to their supervisors
and employees. I was then promoted to National Acct. Mgr. of New Business and transferred to Scottsdale. I personally
implemented many Fortune 500 companies, making sure every detail was handled. I supervised a team of dedicated
professionals and traveled throughout the US to assure proper implementation; working with home office staff to assure
a smooth and flawless implementation. Because of outstanding customer service my sales abilities flourished. I was
then promoted to Sales Director, moved back to Columbus, and proceeded to handle the sales territory for OH, MI, KY,
IN, WV in addition to specializing in union business. Our sales team was very successful, earning many awards and trips,
exceeding all goals. My success, I firmly believe, was due to my ability to make a customer feel secure in knowing I cared
about their account, took their concerns seriously, and did everything in my power to correct any problems or situations
and made sure they didn’t happen again. Through consultative sales and analyzing their existing programs, I was able to
save my clients money, but most importantly feel confident they made the right decision to work with me.
