Spanish Language Expert for the Vodafone Roaming Services (VRS) department assisting and supporting

the technical testing team while troubleshooting any pre-launch roaming testing with Spanish speaking

Spanish Linguistic Resource for the Vodafone Roaming Services (VRS)

Department

Co-ordinating with the International Roaming Experts Group (IREG) and

Transferred Account Data Interchange Group (TADIG) teams as per their

requirements in the Vodafone Roaming Services Department (VRS)

Job profile involves assisting the IREG and TADIG technical teams to

•

troubleshoot any issues with pre-launch testing of roaming agreements

between Vodafone OpCo’s and other Spanish speaking countries Operators

Active and constant communication in Spanish with Operators through

telephone and emails to resolve any issues with the pre-launch testing as they

are more comfortable speaking in their native tongue

Serving as a bridge between the VRS technical teams and Spanish Operators,

my job is to ensure successful completion of pre-launch roaming testing so

that the roaming service can be officially launched between the two

operators
