Maintained network of hiking/skiing trails on 200-acre property.
Maintained and operated commercial-grade "Sugar House" for annual maple
syrup harvest. Processed 2-4 cords of firewood annually. Maintained bird
feeding areas. Built 500 bird feeder kits for students annually. Designed
and built wildlife viewing blinds. Worked with district custodians on

Designed and installed pond boardwalk. Interior work included drywall

for Christian retreat and conference center. Supervised and instructed 2
assistants. Mowed athletic fields and camping areas. General plumbing,

contact with public and area merchants. Removed storm-damaged trees.
