In charge of renewing and bringing the IT Department to meet all current federal
government requirements. Prepared the hospital's platform to be compatible with
oncoming required changes within the next 1-3 years. Mandatory requirements to keep
the institution operational were achieved with the limited budget devoted to the

Managed the installation and configuration of secure LAN and Intranets for all
hospital computers and peripherals.
Developed the proper security and policy parameters for internet use and access

authorized partner.
Installed and configured new computers, their software and all related issues with
the LAN's administration.
Evaluated, assessed, recommended and implemented the computerized systems needed

Assessed and designed a new layout to replace the existing system using the most
modern data transmission infrastructure materials recommended for this healthcare
facility. Supervised the correct assembly of the wiring system.
In charge of the oversight and proper functioning of the Evolution Hospital
Software while offering onsite instant support to end users.
Performed an analysis of the existing computer system to upgrade it to Hyper-V
Manager with virtual servers.
Extensive knowledge of the upmost strict rules of confidentiality, including HIPPA.
Designed a non-existing backup infrastructure to support primary hardware in case
of partial or total loss configuring mirrored image hardware ready to enter service
in a matter of minutes in case of catastrophic failure of the system.

task in the event that the data entry personnel were not available.
Provided cost analysis including equipment evaluation of any major or minor
