Instrumental in acheveing 100% lease up within six months of employment.

All work orders were addressed with a zero balance weekly. Always had a

great relationship with the tenants on and off duty. Addressed their needs

even when I was not on the clock. Maintained constant communications with

the property manager daily. Made sure curb appeal was addressed daily.

2013 Maintenance Supervisor (LaQuinta Inn and Suites Raleigh Crabtree)

good preventive maintenance program. Supervised the rotation of all the

Operations of a 128 guest rooms to include preventive maintenance,

completing work orders, painting of front entry flower pots, worked on roof

top hvac/r, painted rooms as needed and repaired/replaced PTAC units. Also

have basic knowledge of boilers systems.
