All work orders were addressed with a zero balance weekly. Always had a
great relationship with the tenants on and off duty. Addressed their needs
even when I was not on the clock. Maintained constant communications with
the property manager daily. Made sure curb appeal was addressed daily.

good preventive maintenance program. Supervised the rotation of all the
