Quality Control Testing
- Developed and implemented a Quality Testing Plan, including procedures &
pass/fail specs.
- Tested to military standards, prepared military documentation and
certification.
- Physically tested aluminum, steel, rubber, and paint, analyzed the
results, including tensile, elongation, hardness, yield point, ultimate
strength and grain analysis.
- Set up a program to test quality of finished products up to one year
after production, analyzed the results, and used the data for continuous
improvement.
