according to scheduling.
2001-2002 - Application Manager SAP HR for Pirelli
(International)
I'm responsible to start-up the application services,
starting from definition of SLA and operational calendars,
the realization of the operation manual;
I coordinate an application maintenance team;
I attend monthly backlog meetings, also with management of
foreign plants.
2001 - Application Manager HR Project for Omnitel
I join the project during the transition period from
project to service; the project is stopped before golive.
1999-2000 - Team Leader on HR Project for Poste Italiane
(Z-xp, ADP)
My team has in charge interfaces, printings and reporting,
that includes interviews for user requirements definition,
preparation and approval of functional and technical
specifications, development, testing and delivery;
Also, I must ensure quality of developments and
documentation for the whole project;
The project is delivered on schedule and delivers 180.000
