Product management / strategy and SME for IBM’s multi-channel selling solution that simplifies challenging selling processes by
automating the configuration, pricing and quoting of complex products, services, and bundles. Solution Architect for IBM’s clients in
implementing the solution and integrating with other platforms.
Implemented a new financial valuation tool to assist product managers with business cases and assist senior
executives with decision-making. Incorporated NPV, IRR, scenario / sensitivity analysis along with Monte Carlo simulation to value different
options. Trained company-wide product managers in using the tool.
Product Manager for next generation Configure-Price-Quote solution in IBM’s Commerce-on-Cloud platform.
o Conceptualized an API strategy with emphasis on mobile for different services (existing and new) of Commerce-
on-Cloud platform, which are consumed by different types of clients. Spearheaded an effort to convert existing SOAP services to REST and
JSON content. Worked with product managers from other product lines in defining an API management tool to better manage the lifecycle
of APIs.
o Completely revamped the selling solution to be implemented on cloud. Authored BRD/MRD/PRDs, worked with
engineering to balance functionality and feasibility, and managed implementation timeline. Transformed reporting functionality into
competitive strength by setting focus on usability and user experience.
Created and executed on roadmap for a flexible pricing management functionality into a system that simplifies
creation and management of data-driven pricing rules based on input from analytics. Through interaction with customers, prospects and
sales engineers identified pain points in leveraging marketing data and defined new product functionality to address those challenges.
Led the new data platform, which provides actionable analytics on rich and long-term consumer behavioral

Lead Solution Architect for Cengage Learning Inc. where a B2C/B2B web site was built using IBM’s selling
Platform. Currently, $250M of books and other digital media online are sold annually.
