Goodmorning,

during my experience in IBM and Celestica companies, I managed the Demand Planning and Material Planning

Parameters and I was involved in root-cause analysis of all excess materials in WorldWide factories (mainly Spain,

Austria, Czech.Rep., Romania, Canada, Thailand).

The outcome of the root-cause analysis helped all factories to change/manage the planning parameters to reach a

better Inventory/Investment result.

My experience on all SAP Modules was the key factor to perform this activity.

A summary of my activities and capabilities :

• Manage Demand/Production Planning of complex products ( New or Standard Products).

• Manage and Review material Planning Parameters (Purchasing, Production, Transfer).

• Manage WareHouse parameters for all type of materials (RawMaterials, FinishedGoods, Consumables) including

VMI technique (Vendor Managed Inventory, Inbound Hub).

• Manage the Weekly/Monthly monitoring of results thru development of dedicated queries (SAP SQ00) and/or

reporting summary with Excel/Access .

• Manage the Projected Inventory Forecast thru the Input/Output technique.

• Manage the relation with Customers and Suppliers, and measure the Demand Variation and Performance versus the

Terms&Condition.

• Capability to analyze the movement history, understand the root-cause and define a corrective action to avoid the

re-occurrence .

• Knowledge of Business Control, Finance&Controlling, Sales&Distribution, Warehouse Mgmt and Inventory

Management.

• Good knowledge of English (speaking and writing)

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (maily Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good Knowledge of SAP R3 and BW

• Good Knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response

• Available to travel (in Italy and outside Italy)
