Project: Migration of Enterprise Applications from HPUX/Sybase

15.0.3 to IBM AIX/Sybase 15.7 ASE (October 2013 - Present)

The project involves migration of around 35 HPUX Itanium servers

with Sybase (ASE) 15.0.3 to multiple LPARs on 3 IBM P770 servers

with Sybase (ASE) 15.7. Approximately 50 Sybase instances are being

migrated.

Role: Project Manager

Responsibilities: Identify different work streams and responsible

teams; identify detailed tasks and dependencies, create project

plans and schedules, monitor progress, escalate and track issues

until closure, regular communications with stake holders.

Project: New Unified Membership Model Implementation (January 2014

- Present)

The project involves creating a single AIM view of Membership Data.

IBM InfoSphere Information Server and DataStage/QualityStage have

been deployed and industry standards/best practices are being used

to provide common process, methods and technologies for all AIM ETL

purposes regardless of source or destination. Business Objects is

the front end tool for viewing and analyzing the data.

Role: Project Manager

Responsibilities: Review Data Models, understand entity and

attribute details, create project plan and schedule, assign tasks

to team members and ensure proper resource utilization, escalate

and track issues until closure, regular communication with stake

2. Client: Visa Inc., Foster City, CA

Project: Commercial Products Design and Implementation at Visa Inc.

(June 2012 - June 2013)

Responsibilities: Convert high level business requirements into

detailed Use Cases and process flows. Monitor the development work

closely to ensure that the requirements had been being

incorporates. Create UAT test cases, participate in UAT, perform

final validation and sign-off for production deployment.

Project: Implementation of Gross Revenue Reporting Data Warehouse

(April 2011 - April 2012)

Responsibilities: Work closely with business and IT teams from all

warehouse was implemented on schedule through close coordination

Responsibilities: The task involved consolidation from 22 servers

to 10. Managed applications migration using agile methodology.

and East Coast to ensure minimal issues during cut over.
