with Sybase (ASE) 15.0.3 to multiple LPARs on 3 IBM P770 servers

with Sybase (ASE) 15.7. Approximately 50 Sybase instances are being

migrated.

Responsibilities: Identify different work streams and responsible

teams; identify detailed tasks and dependencies, create project

plans and schedules, monitor progress, escalate and track issues

until closure, regular communications with stake holders.

Project: New Unified Membership Model Implementation (January 2014

- Present)

The project involves creating a single AIM view of Membership Data.

IBM InfoSphere Information Server and DataStage/QualityStage have

been deployed and industry standards/best practices are being used

to provide common process, methods and technologies for all AIM ETL

purposes regardless of source or destination. Business Objects is

the front end tool for viewing and analyzing the data.
