• Slashed the number of unprocessed claims by more than 60% by working closely with different
departments, consulting with technicians and negotiating with sub-contractors.
• Single-handedly recorded and sorted through the entire inventory of the claims department to place
unaccounted for or misplaced items and entered inventory details and findings into the appropriate data
entry system. This one task alone enabled Nikon to recover and process approximately 50 items that were
previously recorded as misplaced and unaccounted for.
• Helped facilitate the on-time delivery of products by ensuring that the initial steps in the claims-
assessment process were performed correctly and on time and thereby played a key role to ensure
bottlenecks within the claim-assessment system were identified and eliminated in a cost effective and
