hires. Organization of all new hire documentations, updated certificated, updated direct deposit and tax documents to keep

employee files current.

• Tracking and data entry of employee hours for payroll submission. Organizing payroll checks weekly for distribution and

maintain records of signatures stating each employee received check. Filing, organizing and archiving all payroll reports, logs

and original timecards.

• Assist marking department in bulk printing and copying of flyers and event advertisements. Ordering of company envelopes

and stationary.
