Logistics Analysts in support of 2D Marine Special Operations Battalion

(MARSOC)

Responsible for the deployment and redeployments of government assets

and personnel.

Provides training for and assists personnel as the subject matter

experts in embarkation and Transportation Distribution Information

Systems (TDIS) to include: MDSS II 7.4, ICODES, RFID-ITV processes, CK-

61 hand held scanners, Intermec Printers, Single mobility systems

(SMS), and Transportation Capacity Planning Tool (TCPT).

Assist with daily supervision and guidance to all contract personnel

assigned to my section in absence of the manager during the execution

of all logistics functions: supply, maintenance, transportation,

general engineering, health services and services.

Briefs government officials on current and future operations.

Schedules tractor trailers, buses, commercial vehicles, and government

assets to assist with training exercises in accordance with the

Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) and Department of

Transportation (DOT).

Utilized Radio Frequency Identification Devices to assist with In-

Transit Visibility.

Coordinated the movements of over 1300 personnel and 70

tractor/trailers of gear, utilizing military and commercial modes of

transportation within the continental United States.

Planned and coordinated all strategic Cherry Point Aerial Port of

Embarkation processes for the unit to include movement of cargo,

personnel, and military working dogs.

Coordinated the movement of over 1000 personnel and 1360 short tons of

airfreight outside the continental United States via commercial and

military aircraft.

Responsible for the loading, shipping, tracking, receiving, and

distribution of more than 500 million dollars worth of military

equipment at a time.

Loaded and unloaded thirty one cargo aircraft ranging from C-17 to C-

130's.

Supported over 14 Deployments for Training (DFT's) to include the
