management consultancy through a growth cycle.

Role: P&L responsibility for consulting business - driving revenue growth through a robust business

channel partnerships program.

• Direct the day-to-day efforts of CISSP, CISA, GPEN and CEH certified consultants servicing clients

across various industries including financial services, healthcare, legal and non-profit.

• Manage complex projects across an expanded portfolio including security assessments, ISO gap

analysis, HIPAA compliance, business continuity, incident response, social engineering and penetration

Challenge: Transform IT into a strategic asset, differentiate the Firm’s eDiscovery services and

improve the risk profile for this 900-person, $300M, multi-office law firm.

Role: Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic development of nine administrative departments

including IT, records, legal research, conflicts, docketing and e-Discovery; Managed $26M

capital/operating budgets and 125 professionals.

• Innovated solutions to align with clients’ business needs:

- Developed an innovative eDiscovery product offering (www.esipredict.com) from concept to launch

making litigation costs more predictable for clients and, on average, $600K less per litigation.

- Managed the development of custom software to facilitate legal project management and alternative

fee budgeting that reduced client budget overruns in the IP litigation practice by $1M.

• Positioned the firm for strong and sustainable financial results:

- $3M in revenue generated through delivery of eDiscovery and research services to clients.

- $750K in revenue generated through an online business development website for our Energy practice.

- $3.5M reduction in expenses through negotiation of agreements and selective outsourcing of work.

- Provided leadership, turnaround strategy and change management expertise to reduce system

downtime by 950 hours; replaced all hardware/software and re-architected the network in 18 months.

- Managed a large project portfolio to completion, on time and within budget, including NetWare to

Windows Server, Notes Mail to Exchange, Cisco switches, HP SAN, Windows XP and Sharepoint.

• Delivered solutions to align our services with clients’ business needs:

- Managed development of a client system reducing expenses by 20% and transaction time by 5 days.
