locations).

Injection Molding Design Group Leader (2004 - 2013)

Managed Engineering Department activities for the Erie location, including

tool quotes and piece price development. Managed a team of 3 design

engineers responsible for product design, mold base design and tool design

from concept to completion. Managed outsourcing of new tool builds,

(locally and overseas). Worked with tool room and manufacturing to ensure

designs were completed on time and projects remained on time and on budget.

Managed ISO/QS activities in the Engineering Department. Participated in

weekly 8D meetings that established root causes and corrective action for

all customer complaints.
