PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Promoted from Assistant Manager to Management for a large storage property management company within one year responsible for six different
facilities and was responsible for promotions, accounts payable, creating new policies and procedures, shipping operations, cross training, and truck
rentals. I prepared grand openings for new facilities and worked hand in hand with the Chamber of Commerce to bring potential referrals. I also
trained in all new employees.
Promoted from Leasing Agent to Leasing Director to Assistant Manager for a large property management company within a very short period of time
and was given accountability for a 360 unit complex including training new staff and implemented new sales policies to bring renting ratio up to
standard. I increased leasing rate for an apartment community from 76% to 100% within a 3 month period
I had a portfolio of over 800 apartment communities. We gave personalized tours of Seattle to relocated employees from companies such as Boeing
and Microsoft. We were the top relocation company in Washington.
