Machine Set Up
Responsible for CNC machine set up and knowledge of programming the CNC software.
Injection molding machine and die set up with the ability to perform machine maintenance such as
oiling or cleaning machines, or adding coolant.
Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines
as necessary.
Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions.
Proficient in gauge readings and indicators of operational machines.
Machine Operator
Set up and operate machines, such as steel coil machines, metal stamping press, hydraulic benders,
miter saw, Nolan Auger, grinders, and drills to make plastic products.
Operated assembly machines and acted as back up cell technician where primary responsibly
included machine set up process for the insert machines.
Operate robotic welding machine, including loading program, welder tip changes and packaging
product as well as fixture changeovers on Brason Vibration Welders.
Run raw stock trough CNC Machine and monitor beginning and ending PC checks using
measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers and tape measure. Responsible for final
packaging.
Maintenance
Preventive maintenance on machinery including VanDorn/Demage plastic injection molding
machines, Allen-Bradley PC’s and Siemens, Pathfinder 2500 to 4500 Controllers. Maintenance also
includes ensuring operation of the Allen-Bradley relays, amplifier boards and troubleshooting
electrical wiring issues.
Responsible for troubleshooting operational issues on machinery including thermolators, chillers,
robots, Vickers pumps, solenoid directional valves and grinders.
MIG – TIG welding with the ability to set up and operate hand and power tools common to the
welding trade.
Ability to repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring in heating/cooling systems.

Forklift
