I have over 33 years of experience in Information Technology. Last 14 years of the career, worked as Software Quality

Assurance in testing multiple industries including insurance (Life/Health), financial / banking, web

based, client server and back end applications using manual and automation testing with various roles

and responsibility including QA/Test Lead, SME, Testing coordinator and Test Planner. Managed offshore

team/onsite testers and coordinate with client/test Lead/PMs/Development team for smooth testing operation. Excellent

customer focused, team work, and analytical skills to resolve technical and other issues. Result oriented, energized and

Prior to this I had co-founded and managed a Software consultancy company in India for 16 years. Started with 5

employees and expanded up to 150 employees and played several roles like Application designer, Project planner,

Application and coordinated the testing effort among SIT/UAT and business team including business and IT PMs.

• Strong experience in designing and creating wide range of Test Scenarios, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts

for complex applications and ensures they support testing objectives.

• Extensive experience in Functional, Positive-Negative, Screen navigation, Data driven, integration, Cross

Browser, and cross application testing.
