with ABC Board, Fire Marshall, Health Department, Sheriff's Department and all Vendors. Ordered
necessary supplies. Responsible for all banking and ATM machines.
1983 to 1993 COLSA Corporation
Secretary, C3I Systems Group. Served as a personal to group manager and secretary to staff members.
Responsibilities included developing and maintaining organizational correspondence and scheduling
meetings, conferences, and briefings. Tracked labor and travel dollars and hours charged to group's
contracts and delivery orders. Obtain and compile material for reports, meetings, and briefings.
Prepare monthly reports required by Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRLs) and distribute
reports to appropriate contracting offices. Prepare and review expense reports, conference expenses,
work authorizations and other reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policy. Receive
visitors, incoming calls, and correspondence for the division. Handled day-to-day matters
independently and for matters requiring program managers attention, assemble information necessary
to answer problems and remind program manager to ensure timely response/action. Maintained
effective public relations with senior management, support/technical personnel, Government agencies,
and other contractor personnel. Performed additional related secretarial/administrative duties and
special projects as required.
1985 to 1987
Security Assistant for the C3I Systems Group in addition to the above mentioned duties.
Responsibilities included maintaining security, and advising technical personnel of their responsibilities
and the security procedures to be followed. Logged in and filed documents, and typed all visit requests
and badge cards for access to Government contact buildings. Responsible for over 300 documents and
associated records. Was also assigned additional responsibilities as ADP System Security Custodian.
1980 to 1982
US Army Missile Labs, Redstone Arsenal, AL
Worked as a secretarial aide, full time during the summer and co-oped during the school term. Duties
included filing, answering phones, typing and xeroxing documents (classified and unclassified).
Controlled all incoming Unsolicited Proposals for the Technology Integration Office. Received and
logged all Research and Development Proposals, assigned a suspense date and routed it to be evaluated
by any MICOM division with experience or knowledge in that field. Kept suspense dates and was
responsible for the return of the evaluations which were then sent back to the originating companies.

Completed courses toward an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Computer Information
Systems, at John C. Calhoun Community College.
