Description: This project is developed for wireless service providers
to manage electronic prepaid pin trading and replenishment through various
channels viz., WEB, ATM, IVR and POS devices.
This System has various types of users like Administrators, Distributors,
Sales persons, Corporate Groups and Subscribers (Retail users and
Employees). Each of these entities has a separate login. Each login is
provided with various functional components like pin trading, amount
replenishment, and payment transactions in various modes like cash, credit
card, debit card, and direct debit. It also allows viewing different types
of reports and allows downloading them in Excel and PDF formats.

Description: This Application is aimed at automation of 'Call Logging
and Tracking System'. This Application provides the user a friendly menu
driven Interfaces to work with.
These Interfaces allow user to Define Work Parameters, Holidays in current
Year and Severity Levels. This Application takes the input of 'Master data'
and 'Track of individual Problem Tickets' from Excel sheet, generated by
Remedy's 'Action Request System' and will calculates Response and
Resolution times of closed Calls and stores in Oracle database.
This Application has capability of generating various reports ('Resolution
Time Sheet', 'Engineer Performance Report', 'Call Trend Report', 'Product-
Wise Report', 'Total Call Register' and 'Open Call Register') and graphs,
which has various filters to generate customized reports and graphs as
required by the user. These reports have the facility to export to MS-
Excel. This Application also offers 'Help' to the user about the
functionality of each interface in the Application.
