• Responsible for visiting client site to identify major issues and update the status to

senior engineers.

• Handle responsibilities of installation, testing and repairing minor defects in the

u lt rasound black and whi te and colour Doppler systems.

• Prepare all service level reports as well as perform checking the accuracy of testing data.

• Responsible for coordinating with the senior engineer in solving installation and

commission issues

• Gather service feedback from the customer and update the same to the senior and

technical staffs.
