Adding Online Quoting Solution: Addressing 2 key themes for the company “Easy to do business with” by
introducing agent self service portal, straight through processing from submission to policy issuance and
“Minimize Technology Obsolescence” by retiring a legacy quoting solution.
Scope: $ 5MM, Multi-year (2007- 2011), solution had 2 best of breed components (a self service portal and
rating engine), interfaces with Single Sign On system, policy admin and external vendor web services like
D&B and NCCI (National Council on Compensation Insurance).
