conditions. AT&T provides communications services to its customers. When
a customer orders a service, this order goes through different AT&T
systems: Ordering systems, Provisioning systems, and ultimately to the
Billing systems. EFMS (End to End Flow through Management System) tracks,
schedules, and manages this order as it flows through all the different
AT&T Ordering, Provisioning, and Billing Systems. If an order encounters
a problem (like customers wants to change an order etc), EFMS also
provides exception-handling services.
