President worked with administrators and teachers, recruited and developed
new membership, and established guidelines for committee.
1991-1996- Chair Fundraising committee for Parkside Children's Workshop:
Established and met fundraising goals, established fundraising events;
delegated project responsibilities and oversaw events.
1986-1988-ALGEN PRESS:
Sole sales rep for local 4/color printer with clients in the tri-state area
as well as in Chicago, Boston and California. Responsibilities included
developing new customers, negotiating pricing and tracking project
scheduling.
1982-1988-ARCATA PRESS:
Created position of in house sales support. Worked with sales
representatives to negotiate pricing, establish and follow project
schedules. Handled follow up for sales representatives in order to create
more time for developing new clients.
1977-1982-AMERICAN BOOK COMPANY:
Production assistant for el/hi book publisher. Requested and evaluated
pricing on new projects, tracked both in house and out of house schedules
of projects. Processed billing within house.
