Developed the Knowledge Management Plan supporting situational understanding and decision-making for

senior leadership. Chief of Operations during key exercises, directing the efforts of III Corps Current

Operations Cell.

• Reduced number of staff meetings from over 200 to 107 in a 9 month period through process improvement.

• Oversaw the employment and training of Knowledge Management technical enablers – SharePoint and

Army Mission Command Systems. Continuously assessed staff readiness, unit infrastructure and

performance.

• Gained approval to replace program with integrated (SharePoint) solution. Worked with employees of other sections

to determine requirements and develop solutions. Deployed solution within four weeks

• Collaborated with Chief of Staff and all staff directors to reduce scheduled meetings from over two hundred per

Soldiers and Families).

Supervised and coordinated mobilizations, readiness, and force integration to ensure successful

• Managed mobilization of 5000 personnel after 9/11, to protect defense infrastructure throughout the

continental U.S. ensuring smooth transition of individuals from civilian life into active military duty.

• Led large complex organization of 500 personnel. Commanded an M1A1 tank battalion consisting 500 officers,

NCOs and soldiers through a two-year training program of tactics and gunnery. Practiced both direct and indirect
