> CCI is a consultancy servicing high profile retail clients,
specializing in Allocations and JDA software. The companies I
supported were TJX and Michael Kors.
> Program consulting for global implementations (US, Europe, Canada and
Japan) of JDA Allocations and Enterprise Planning.
> Developed an Allocations program implementation plan accommodating
custom business/functional requirements, technical designs and
development for 2,200+ US, Canada and UK retail stores.
> Extended a house methodology to a hybrid implementation methodology,
to reduce cost and schedule.
> Advised clients on efficient and timely project practices;
facilitating the technical solution blueprint, conceptual architecture
and integration designs.
VP IT, Trilogy Fulfillment (3PL), LLC, Groveport, OH
2010 - 2013
> Trilogy Fulfillment was the 3PL arm of Eddie Bauer (owned by Golden
Gate Capital) servicing Eddie Bauer direct and retail stores, Express
eCommerce fulfillment. Implemented Manhattan WM system in 5 months
(Transportation, Labor, Analytics and WCS integration). As VP IT and
program manager:
V Built 6 new IT service areas: Applications, Infrastructure, IT Data
Center, Service Desk, Security and Contact Center. IT services
directly generated $1M+ annually and were part of all customer Service
Level Agreements. Successfully implemented PCI and SSAE practices.
V Per investor direction, added Eddie Bauer and Express Fashions in less
than 9 months; migrated the Express Order Management and opened a new
Contact Center (applications/services) in 3 months.
V Integrated Justice and Dress Barn brands order management systems to
the DC applications in 8 weeks.
V Negotiated and implemented key software/hardware products (SoftwareAG
WebMethods, AT&T, Microsoft, CommercialWare Direct, Aspect, Accertify,
Ceridian, Vertex, VMware, iSeries, EMC, Cisco, Checkpoint,
SolarWinds, Nexus, Litle/ADS/SVS payment processors
V Had zero down time during peak seasons (Thanksgiving through
Christmas).

> Built a domestic team across acquired brands/locations, consolidating
applications and executing aggressive delivery date programs.

V Implemented a Program Management Office and set ground rules for a
new, extended organization.
V Implemented an execution/migration strategy for consolidating acquired
companies IT tech/apps.
V Consolidated 14 acquisitions over 18 months, into a common IT

V Developed a test practice to insure consistency, repeatable tests and

> Integrated host and custom WMS in a new 1M sq. ft. Distribution Center
(overall program $39M); and established a build/run team to maintain
WMS and supply chain applications.
> Developed a high performance, date-driven development team that
included hiring 12 employees and 35 contractors. Team received a
"Bean's Best" award for the DC implementation program.
> Established the first comprehensive test environment at L.L. Bean (20+
mainframe and support applications).
> Delivered the DC IT program ahead of time, and $1.5M below the IT
budget.
> Lead Supply Chain team, implemented Manugistics/JDA Fulfillment
application, with focus on replenishment, forecasting, inventory
management, allocation and purchase optimization.
