Used the laser trackers when required, which meant every day. Responsible for inspections on final

parts before being shipped to Boeing.

Laser Tracker Operator – Quality Control- Mechanical Inspector

Primary job was to provide Laser Tracker support whenever needed. Worked on multiple kinds

of equipment including, but not limited to:

• Crushers for Mine sites

• Shaft alignments

• Major Machine Repairs

• Nuclear Code Work- The 1st Turbine Casing Rotation Device-Aligned All the Major

Components- Multiple Jobs that abide by NQA-1 Standards as well

• The Caesar’s Palace Ferris Wheel(High Roller) in Las Vegas- Maintained the Jig and

Fixtures within acceptable tolerance

When Tracker work was completed and up to date, I also worked in the company’s quality

department. Due to extensive experience using calibrated mechanical measuring equipment,

performed inspections on finished machine parts. These were also done under NQA-1

guidelines and standards.

Also responsible for keeping company equipment up to date on calibration and ensured that

the right equipment was used on the correct jobs.

Skills

- Has an extensive knowledge of the program Spatial Analyzer which is used to run the laser trackers.

Understands the concepts and formats that it would take to pick up and put to use other

measurement programs that are used in today’s day and age.

- Used multiple different trackers, so knowledge of those trackers is already present. Used Faro, API,

Leica, and Faro Arms.

- Hands on experience and training with Solidworks thru Digital Dimensions(training) and on the job

training.

- Experienced running mills, lathes, and surface grinders. Used air powered tools, belt sanders,

grinders, and other various machines and tools on a daily basis to either build tools or provide support

for production.

- Has 2 years management experience, albeit in a different profession. But because of that, learned

the skills for what it took to run a workplace efficiently on a daily basis. Believes that management is

all about putting your workforce in the best position to succeed. Has a good understanding on how to

handle people, as well as himself.
