property to increase share value and facilitate recapitalization. Assisted in the privatization and due diligence of the

• Oversaw Big Idea Group client Gillette’s Innovation Challenge 2005; assisted company business units
worldwide in commercializing product innovations and opening up UK and Northern European markets.
• Led $5 million Series A round for NEC spin-off SmartCatch, an airport security software company.
