Work Experience :-
Worked with "Technical Supply Co. (Al-Osais Group, KSA)" as an"Administrator &
Company Secretary from July 2012 to April 2014.
Job Profile Was:-
o Admin. Secretary to General Manager, Sales Manager and Accounting Manager.
o Typing of documents, reports, presentations, etc.
o Good proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
o Maintain an efficient filing and records keeping system
o Handling appointments, arranging meetings on behalf of the Managers and various day to day
activities.
o Maintaining the stock in focus6.03. And checking the stock physically every month.
o Establishing and maintaining the filing system
o Making Invoice & Delivery note and updating payments in focus.
o Account for all the bounce cheques received and update the same in Focus6.
o Handling "petty cash" of company.
