• Assisted Anti-Virus vendor in debugging and resolving critical defects that caused Windows 8 crashes.

production saving Sony Electronics approximately $250,000 to half a million dollars.
• Integrated development and test teams in the US & Japan to deploy a global set of tools used for
manufacturing and recovery. Integration reduced development costs and facilitated the transition of
development to 3rd parties, further decreasing costs.
• Deployed a set of APIs that allowed the VAIO Care application to create recovery discs from the recovery
partition. Managed two related projects and cross-functionally managed the VAIO Care project to integrate
schedules, requirements and project charters across all three projects. Innovation eliminated legacy recovery
