Steer, manage and direct 30% growth opportunities while developing systems, procedures and personnel. I performed acquisition due

diligence, integration, development of bus. plan’s to improving financial performance. Daily cash management, credit & collection,

hired, trained & developed finance staff personnel. Improved inventory turns, product margin analysis, collateral & covenant reporting &

compliance. Support for our China plant & rolled their financial results into our consolidated financials. Help grow EBITDA from $.56
