PROFESSIONAL DUTIES
• Answering high volume of incoming calls as well as walk in traffic.
• Maintain working relationships with client customer service and production planning representatives.
• Attend client customer service and production planning meetings.
• Prepare various reports like monthly insurance reports, annual employee data sheet, listing employees by
position.
• Maintain filling systems including census records of patients and employees.
• Travel arrangements for the clinic management team.
• Preparing and typing routine correspondence, form letters and reports.
• Completing forms and reports as required by the various company offices and outside vendors.
• Recording the minutes of meetings and providing the resulting documents as necessary.
