The specialty lending/emerging markets team provides timely information, training/coaching, research, and

promotional strategies and tools for specialty loan programs in strategic market segments. Examples of

specialty loan programs include FHA, VA, Rural Development products in addition to Fannie Mae and

Freddie Mac products along with and including community seconds, and individual development accounts

(IDA’s). Examples of strategic market segments include first time home buyers, women-headed households,
