Summary

became the General Warehouse Manager at Lipman Distributing in

Nashville in 1994. I was the warehouse manager at Lipman(liquor/wine)

when we expanded into non-alcoholic products, cigars, and a more

technological sophisticated larger building. I was hired to be the Warehouse

Operations manager at B and T Distributing(spirits) in Knoxville TN. where

I have been since 2006. I am currently seeking a new position I familiar or

Warehouse/Distribution Manager 1/2006 to 2/2014. Oversee and maintain a

well trained crew, receiving, accurate delivery to over 400 customers per

week, truck maintenance and procurement, cycle and annual inventory on

more than 2,000 sku's,security on a multi-million dollar facility, and

building maintenance. Also, but not limited to safety, security, pertinent

warehouse software systems and a consistent warehouse layout review to

sustain productivity. We were able to absorb a tremendous growth in sku’s

stops and case volume while maintaining a very cost efficient operation in a

very antiquated setting.

warehouse functions. Hire, train, and retain a crew for day and night shift,

assure that all alcoholic beverage laws for the state of Tennessee were being

followed,oversee accurate counts and storage of a multi-million dollar

inventory, oversee the accurate delivery of product to over 500 customers

per week, maintenance on the facility,conveyors, forklifts, trucks, and vans.

As our product sku's grew I had to constantly monitor the racking and

storage capacity for the warehouse adding and arranging racks and

equipment to maximize capacity without hindering production. I was very

proud of our efficiency and accuracy as we absorbed explosive growth.
