FBS and eFBS - FBS is a type of broadband service that complements AT&T’s current set of broadband services. FBS uses Ethernet as the underlying technology, with fiber deployment. Enterprise FBS is the Fiber Broadband Service program for fortune 500 companies. These complex programs integrate with multiple vendors, as well as 40+ applications in the Service Delivery and Assurance flows.

Amdocs OMS interacts with 50 odd interfacing applications in a single order journey.

Main challenge was to manage the testing across these interfacing applications and an innovative test strategy had to be created to test functionalities in short release window
