• Rolling final offer and joining formalities with respect to salary negotiation, Designing

2. T raining and Development

Interface with HR Head and Regional Manager for the implementation of corporate t raining or

t raining programs to meet the business needs where appropriate. To coordinate all t raining

p rograms in alignment with corporate guidelines.

• Preparing the Annual Training Calendar and Annual Training Plan.

• Identifying and analyzing the Training Needs of the employees.

• Planning Monthly Training Schedules and organizing and conducting Training Programs

- both In ternal and External to meet specific skill requirements and general development

needs of the employees.

• Organizing and coordinating the various Behavioral, Technical and skill enhancement

T raining programs .

• Preparation of t raining materials, Training designs & Module.

• Maintaining Training records of the employees

• Create & Communicate Training Calendars

• Capturing the Training attendance & the feedback

3. Organization Planning

To implement HR policies and practices are in compliance to Government legislation and

motivate to retain employees. To ensure all HR policies and procedures are communicated and

u nderstood by all associates.

4. Compensation and Benefits Management

To manage HR programs in accordance with established corporate guidelines to attract and

retain key associates. To supervise all aspects of compensation and benefits functions including

payroll, bonuses, Incentives, fringe benefits and staff welfare.

5. T ransfers and Promotions

As per the request from employees and as per the requirement for the business, t ransfers and

p romotions will be announced.

6. H R Audit

Conduct of Human Resource Function Audit in different Branches. Obtaining rectification of

i r regulari ties pointed out in HR Audit of the branches. Guiding branches for rectification of

7. Policy & Procedure Documentation

Prepared an HR Manual. Drafted Recruitment, Selection and H i r ing workflows to standardise

t he process and streamline i t. Designed Interview Evaluation sheet, Manpower Requisition

Form etc

8. General Activities

• HR Budget and Execution

• ESI registration, sub code allotment for all the branches and follow-ups.

• Maintaining employee database.

• Monitor staff status like confirmation of service, promotion & t ransfer.

• Reporting to the management for the team performance.
