DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the safe keeping of all installation section documents.
• Answering phone calls.
• Implementing in and out of all installers.
• Coordinate with linkserv(Customer Service) / sales regarding installation daily
dispatch / accomplishments and backlogs.
• Responsible in all installations personnel leave/ day off/ absences to be signed
recommended by the OIC for the approval of the operation manager.
• Responsible in printing of sale job order, installation service orders, coming from
linkserv/ sales and other satellite offices.
• Billing (statement of account) for all accomplished job orders and installation service
orders.
• Must be contact first the subscriber before installer proceeds to prospective clients?
• Checking and monitoring of installer DAR.
