2007. Managed three Web developers and one instructional designer to create
two web-based training courses for Motorola R56 Standards for
Communications Sites. Designed and developed a 4-day instructor-led course
on the application of the R56 standards as applied to communication site
evaluation design, development, and installation.

for a Proposal Configuration using Dreamweaver. Designed job aids for
internal wireless network access using MS Word.

Consultant/Instructional Design: Milwaukee Branch Office, May 2006 to
August 2006. Designed, developed, and facilitated 2-day interviewing class.
Designed project management support tool for IT project managers. Conducted
needs analysis and developed instructional strategy for IBM Rational
Unified Process, which included a process-embedded online support tool for
project managers.
HSBC NORTH AMERICA

orientation program, consisting of new-hire brochure, workshop, and 8 e-
Learning modules. Defined scope and needs analysis, created risk-mitigation

Worked with the V. P. (Consumer Programs) and the officers of the

Performed needs analysis and created strategy for the General Management
Rotational Training Program, which increased standards for candidate
recruiting, raised training standards to include executive participation

Project: Complaint database redesign. Co-managed a business user group
(8 units) through the redesign of 8 independent complaint tracking
databases into one enterprise-wide tracking system, including training.
Project: Database Training. As part of the enterprise-wide database
project, designed, developed, and delivered instructor-led and WebEx
training. Designed and implemented the Master Trainer program for
business units to train their respective staff trainers.
Project: Report Specifications Development. Working with global
development team in India, redesigned business reporting specifications
and consolidated all complaint business intelligence reports.
Managing Editor/Designer: HFC Project: January 2001 through May 2001. As a
consulting Managing Editor/designer, led team of 13 to convert a 3-month
loan officer training program into blended learning online program (90
