commercial construction contractor. I was responsible for preparing AIA billing documents, A/R,
A/P, Payroll, Payroll Tax reports, Sales Tax reports, job costing and maintaining the General
Ledger. Issuing NTO’s, obtaining Lien releases & collections. Responsible for maintaining the
sub-contractors insurance requirements and draw requests. Prepared on going WIP reports and
tracking retainage accrued. Responsible for tracking purchase orders and change orders for
individual projects and proper coding of all vendor and subcontractor invoices. Responsible for a
variety of weekly and monthly reporting to the CEO.

period. Duties include all aspects of running a one person office for a residential custom home
builder. Familiarity with all aspects of pulling permits, Notice to owners, Lien releases Warranty
scheduling, Payroll, Payroll Tax reports and job costing. Responsible for maintaining current WIP
reports and making proper general journal entries once Lots were purchased from the settlement
statements and once construction of homes were completed by converting completed WIP to
COGS account and Customer Deposits to Sales account. Maintained all Subcontractor insurance
records and monitored subcontractor draws against established budget per project.

through the financial statements for turn key developer/realtor/general contractor.

The Filbert Corporation, Duties included full service accounting responsibilities for an Industrial
Refrigeration Subcontractor with an out of state parent Manufacturing Company. I successfully
moved the subsidiary’s manual accounting system from Miami branch to Altamonte Office and
converted their accounting system from cash to accrual basis and from manual to computerized
system. Prepared quarterly commission payments, Responsible for accurate reporting for all open
projects. Responsible for maintaining all open purchase orders until completion and proper filing
of all accounting documentation.
