EXPERIENCE

ZODIAC INFLIGHT INOVATIONS –Brea, California April 2012 to March 2014

Quality and Compliance Inspector -- Responsible for receiving inspections of parts and all

supporting First Article Inspection Report (AS 9102) used for manufacturing process, such as

housings, chassis, circuit boards, RDU, DDS, and telephone assemblies. Reviews blueprints and

other documentations to insure materials were used properly and specifications were met.

Responsible for In-process, and final inspections of finished products.

MACROLINK INC. –Anaheim, California September 2010 to July 2011

Quality Inspector Responsible for receiving inspections of parts used in the manufacturing

process, such as engineering prototype design housings of various military computer hardware

components, rugged enclosures, chassis, portable work stations, communications controllers and

storage systems.

Quality Inspector---Responsible for receiving inspections of parts used for manufacturing process,

such as chassis, housings, circuit boards, and sub assembly units for further processing in the

assembly line. Reviews blueprints and other documentations to insure that materials were used

properly and specifications were met. Record, complete and report data to validate or indicate

deviations from existing standards. Responsible also for writing First Article Inspection Report (AS

9102) of parts, sub-assemblies and high tech data acquisition and flight recording instrumentations(

the black boxes).

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

I am capable of reading and reviewing engineering drawing both blue prints and computerized

drawing with GD&T

I am capable of using Computer measuring machine (CMM), Knowledgeable in the use of calipers

micrometers, thread gauges, and comparators.

ISO 9000, AS 9100. Teledyne Controls, El Segundo, California, 1998 to 2009. Attended training and

seminars every year that the company sponsored in quality and compliance under the system of
