Production & Chemical analysis of different hand soaps, detergent soaps,

disinfectants, cleaning gels, chlorine bleach, fabric softeners, cleaning shampoo

for clothes. Responsible for safe & smooth plant operation, preparing daily plant

production report along with raw material consumption. Conducting analysis like

pH, viscosity of different products.

Generating work requests, entering production and waste quantities, auditing of

issue and used materials including monthly audit.

& supervises the rectification job carried out.

Maintaining the process parameters, take Care of Overall Plant, Housekeeping &

Safety rules.

Production & manpower management also responsible for safe & smooth

operation, risk analysis & their impact assessment.

To make sure smooth operation of cooling towers, chillers, RO water system. &

also responsible to conduct different analysis of water treatment like pH,

Conductivity, TDS, TSS, Biocides, Corrosion etc.

Masters in Chemistry (Organic) in 2007 from University of Agriculture

B.Sc. in (Chemistry, Physics, Math) in the year 2005 from the Govt. College

University Faisalabad, Pakistan.
