Viridian provide supported housing for deaf adults with mental health issues at a number of locations across

London. As a senior member of the support team; I am responsible for the safety and well being of all

residents and management of less experienced staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for 10 deaf adults within any one residency – providing ongoing support and companionship

• Using sign language to communicate with residents and staff on a daily basis

• Familiarising myself with each residents care plan to ensure the correct level of personal care
